We had Alexander come out the next day when our gas control valve died on our water heater. They picked up the phone the night before and got us scheduled in. He called told me a rough price, picked up the part and got our water heater going again very quickly. end price was pretty much dead on. Thank you guys for getting us back up and running.

Just us Plumbing is the only call I my water bill was through the roof, the city said call a plumber because we had a major leak on the property. Chris came out and thoroughly checked inside and out to rule things out. He sent Alex out to do some more work and leak detection. They found the leak and repaired it, now I can take the invoice to the city. Alex was amazing trying to give me the best price on work they did for 3 days, I am very thankful. All day yesterday I was trying to fix a leaky toilet water valve in my bathroom to no avail. My inability to fix it caused me immense stress and frustration which boiled over onto my wife. Justus Plumbing installed a whole-home water filtration and softening system for us a year ago, and it’s been working flawlessly ever since.
