It starts by going to look at a truck they were selling. Had us pull up to an empty business building and follow them down the street to the truck. This was a little uncomfortable. The truck was rusty and had oil dripping into an empty oil container with no explanation. Just that they didn’t know it was there. I bought a truck here about 6 months ago. I was assured it had been thoroughly looked over by a mechanic and that it was in good shape. The truck had knobby tires which the salesman assured me was the reason for the vibration and road noise. After I replaced the tires I learned that the truck needed new wheel bearings, new pads and rotors, a new drive shaft, and was not aligned. BUYER BEWARE!!! Recently I purchased a truck from Justus the buying experience was ok. The vehicle however is now Possible in need of a new motor. The truck is a Toyota with 60k miles barely broken in. A month after my purchase I took it to my mechanic because I noticed the coolant was low. So I took it in for a diagnostics to find it was two quarts low on oil (Justus said they do an oil change and brake inspection on all vehicles) a crushed oil filter and broken oil filter housing.
