Crestwood East (independent living) is a dinosaur in today's world. Desperately needs to be updated. Numerous issues such as rodents, bugs, mold, ancient appliances, fraying carpet, poorly installed "individual" heating/ac units which are LOUD & not maintained. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept. Apparently water issues, it is turned off quite frequently, sometimes with notice & sometimes without.
