I moved into a just property about 5 months. I absolutely love it here. It has a nice homey inviting feel. I most definitely will be renewing my lease when the time comes. I had the opportunity to meet Matt. He was very pleasant & nice.
I’ve had a great experience renting with The Justus Companies. The community is well-maintained, the apartments are more affordable than others, and the staff is kind and responsive. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request or question, it’s been handled quickly and with great communication. It’s clear they take pride in their communities and genuinely care about us that live here. They even hosted a fireside chat in our building to get our feedback! I would definitely recommend renting from a Justus property.
The name Justus may have meant something back in the early 1900’s but this company is defined now by being cheap, rude, money grubbing, and extremely narcissistic. Corporate greed at its finest. How about you compensate the residents who had to listen to construction for over a year so your ugly corporate building could be constructed.
