Initially we were very pleased. People in the office, when they're there, are friendly, and the rates were decent. Over time, however, it felt like a bait-and-switch - they lure you in with a great promo rate and then it keeps increasing and increasing over time, after they know it's too hard for you to move your stuff to a cheaper location easily. stored with them for about 4 months when i was couch surfing without a place. just closed my unit today after finally getting a new apartment far from Cleveland. extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating staff. every time i went in I felt welcomed and helped. kind of sad i don't need to store anything because I absolutely would have kept my storage unit open.

The Just Storage facility located at 13820 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111, is a great storage location and Tonya is the best! She always keeps me updated on any issues that I need to know about and the storage are is very clean and easily accessible. I recommend this location and Tonya to anyone who is interested in good value and great storage!

Tonya is absolutely a great representative for this company, she's very helpful and understanding. This was me and my wife first time renting a storage unit and Tonya made our experience very easy and comfortable, I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Tanya keep up the good work
