Tonya has been consistently helpful each time I've spoken to her by phone. The fact that she makes everything as easy as she does, and goes above and beyond for the customer, makes the experience with JustStorage worthwhile.

I have had my storage unit here for a year now. It's very clean. I have never ever had any issues here. The reason why I'm updating my review is this. Tanya went above and beyond for yesterday 8/30/2025. I had a unit size that I over the course of the year kept eliminating things. The size that I was paying for just didn't make any sense so Tanya came upstairs to help me choose the correct size that would work out for the remaining totes and items that I have left.
