The worst in customer service. Placed an order, and 1 week later I emailed inquiring as to if the item shipped and christian emailed me back saying,.. I will ship it today, sorry. Never got the item, reached back out 3 weeks later and asked to have it shipped again, and told , might be another week or two. No rush, no customer service. 4 weeks later christian still shows the energy of a turtle with no desire to take care of customers. 4 weeks, 11 calls, and nothing. I recently ordered a 15'x15' liner and underlayment and after 5 day's of no shipping notification called the Co. only to find out that the underlayment was out of stock, which should've been posted on their website.As I called back the next day I was told it would be shipped. 3 day's later I called back again and was told I will receive my order the next day, which I did. After waiting 1 1/2 weeks{website states will be shipped in 2 days} ,I opened the box with the liner and still no underlayment. The pond liner had 2 seams ... read more
