I absolutely love all my crossbody bags (own almost all colours) with their gorgeous interchangeable straps. Recently found the zipper not working properly and emailed them with a photo. They responded the very next day and a new replacement bag was already on its way. AWEsome service and if I didn’t already love them, love them even more now.
