First was being rescheduled for a procedure the MORNING of the 8:00am appointment. Then I had to do all of the calls to get rescheduled. Follow up 9/27 8:00am appointment and I’m stuck in traffic. I called the office to tell them I would be there around 8:15…I run in at 8:12, and am told I need to reschedule. I will NEVER use Banner Orthopedic again !
UPDATE. Apparently When Dr Woodruff replaced my knee after my infection he never took a bone and tissue sample to make sure the infection was completely gone It wasn't, it took 3 years for the infection to return and subsequently infect the implant he but in. I was very happy for a little while, but now I'm going through another surgery with a level 3 surgeon to save my leg due to his incompetence. Make sure you do your homework
