I’m writing this review from a seller with a troublesome property. I had a home inspection done and found some high ticket repairs. Mr. Wells sold my home above asking price and negotiated the deal with urgency. This property was previously listed and sat for 42 days . Great experience working with the Justin Wells, Robinson Upshur Team of Coldwell Banker Realty. Especially Justin Wells who was my agent. Justin went far and beyond anything that I could ever ask.
