First was being rescheduled for a procedure the MORNING of the 8:00am appointment. Then I had to do all of the calls to get rescheduled. Follow up 9/27 8:00am appointment and I’m stuck in traffic. I called the office to tell them I would be there around 8:15…I run in at 8:12, and am told I need to reschedule. I will NEVER use Banner Orthopedic again !
