Justin was friendly, professional, interactive and genuine. He willingly included me in an extended session viewing and discussing the X.rays of my teeth, imparting his knowledge and considering the best options for my individual needs. I didn’t feel rushed through. In fact his values are reflected in his staff. Lisa was the first point of contact initially, and it was her thoughtful and considerate communication skills that led me to make the first appointment with Dr Ward.
Justin is great and so are the staff. I feel very confident that what I am told and how I am treated is appropriate to my needs. As a result all my family now see him.
Dr Ward was very knowledge, personable and clearly passionate about his profession. Reception staff and assistants were lovely, highly recommend and I will be using this practice for all my dental needs!
