I had this insurance for about 3 months and it was a horrible experience. Everything was very unorganized. The people who work there must not be trained well seeing as how the answer to everything is I don't know, or completely wrong information. Canceled my life insurance 3 times, never got canceled, always got charged. Canceled both my cars and guess what still got charged the next month. Never got proof of ins for my truck.
