Doctor we see is great. Front desk girls need some tips of customer service and how to not be rude and appear as if you hate doing your job. In person and on the phone. Been coming to this location with our daughter for 8 years now and the front desk service is always horrible.
Doctor Schwalbe is such a great doctor!! He is always so sympathetic to my needs
Terrible front desk service. Messed up my appointment three times for my baby. Today I was told my Dr. left the clinic YESTERDAY. I made this appointment months ago. I never got a call from them. This place is ridiculous and they are very rude. Doctors are wonderful, but not worth putting up with the front desk.
The wait time is minimal and the care is great. Deanna Huss is my Dr. and I am very pleased with the care I get from her.
