Absolute genius! Saw Dr Schaefer after being referred to him by my mother, who sees him quite often. One adjustment and I feel a million times better than I have in years (I have a bulging disc). Would highly recommend! He truly cares about his patients.
I would highly recommend Dr Schaefer to anyone I know. After just one visit for what I thought was carpel tunnel, Dr Schaefer gave my much relief by properly diagnosing my condition! After my first treatment of thoracic outlet syndrome, I slept through the night pain free for the first time in over a week! Thank you so much!
We were referred to Dr.Schafer through our daughter-J(who is his biggest cheerleader)because of the excruciating pain in my left hip.I kept telling local doctors the pain was in my hip,but they kept persisting it was my lower back(pinched nerve,sciatic nerve,bulging disc,etc) they would not listen. My first visit w/Dr. Schafer, he listened, took ex-ray, then he went to work on my hip. I walked out of there with no more pain, no limping-THANK YOU DR.SCHAFER! He is the best! 1 hour drive WORTH IT!

We have known Dr. Schaefer for about 4 years and would highly recommend him and his Essential Health & Wellness Center to anyone suffering from neck, shoulder, back and other joint pains. He's always professional, courteous and attentive to the patient's needs. He approaches the pain with chiropractic treatment, physical exercise/therapies (including massage) and supplements if needed. Its fixing the underlying problem not just your symptoms.
