While I had received several quotes, I felt as though Justin was the person I had the most confidence in. He provided a fast and fair estimate and thorough explanation regarding the repair, detailing what was causing the damages. I appreciate his strong communication skills pre and post the repair project and the photos provided gave me comfort this job was done correctly. I will recommend Justin to anyone needing roof repair and will definitely be my first call should I need work in the future.

Avoid this company. Their communication is poor at best. I hired him to wrap my facia boards with aluminum. He came and did the job. About a week later I noticed a portion of the wrap is not tucked under the eve strip. He was supposed to come and do a different job for me, so I was going to tell him about it. He canceled on me for a medical issue. It was rescheduled again and he never showed. The last time I have heard from Mr. Richard was July 15th. Justin Richard Roofing did a fantastic job! They removed and replaced the old decking and installed a brand new roof!! They are professional, knowledgeable, fast and most importantly they do quality work! If you need a new roof or even roof repairs, give them a call.

Highly Recommend! Repair and response time was great! This was a significant improvement in Contractor Roof Repair services as compared to my experience from Laura and Delta roof damage repair. Justin Richard Roofing will be my first call for any future roof repair.
