After four years of being sick, I was so grateful to have found Justin. He has a great balance of both being empathetic and kind with being clinical and focused on etiology and the science. He stayed focused on the problem and offering multiple solutions, all of which have brought me relief. He's direct, to the point and offers enough grace and kindness that you feel heard and valued.
Dr. Pavlovich was very kind and helpful when I went to see him. I went in to ask about my breathing problems through my nose. After an exam, he informed me I may benefit from surgery, as I had a deviated septum. I was informed of all the potential risks and benefits. The procedure went very well and now I'm breathing better! Thanks Doctor!
Dr. P' is very well versed in his speciality! He is authentic and expects the patient to follow-through with action-plans after the medical visit. I learned to be articulate, concise and assertive with my reasons for being there; what I learned since my last visit, and any questions. This is excellent, as I am a better advocate for myself! I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty.
I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Pavlovich and left a VM at 11:15 a.m. on Monday. Outgoing message indicates calls left at 4 p.m. will be returned the next day. My expectation is that I will receive a call before 4 p.m. Yet....here it is...Wednesday night at 10:30 and I have not received a call.
