I've used CenturyLink in the past and have always had great service. I moved to Sioux Falls yesterday and was due to start service with CenturyLink on Monday. They called me today and said I should go with another company due to the apartment I'm in. They said they currently have old equipment here still so I wouldn't be able to get the quality internet they want me to have. 1 star too many. There'sbeen an outage in my area for 3 days. I have received no updates. Phone reps hang up on you or transfer you. There's absolutely no way to get updates or answers from these people when there is a problem. If you are looking for internet save yourself the trouble and go with midco. They don't treat you horribly and they actually have customer service. I cannot even cancel my service. No one will assist me.
