Receptionist called in script for another patient, i was both alarmed and surprised that patients in waiting room could hear the entire conversation, including names and the perscription ordered, isn't this a privacy issue?
I had a great experience with my root canal , TNX.
The Doctors at JFD are extremely knowledgeable and their compassion and dedication is over and above any I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone.

This is a GREAT dental office! The office staff were so nice, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and conservative in his treatment. This is how a dental office should be!!!!
