Someone in the office needs to read the reminders that are sent. The way they come up on my phone I see the last part first. What that means is I see the the statement about the fee for missing an appointment first. That simply does not come across well. I understand the need for the statement but it needs to be written differently.
Exceptional personalized service
Linn is a fantastic hygenist. She is kind, affable, and has a gentle touch. She pays close attention to what people are saying as is totally engaged throughout the entire visit. She does an amazing job!
I must admit that I was very disappointed when I was given the actual price of the crown since I was quoted a very low price over the phone. Although I understand it was just a quote the actual crown was several hundred dollars higher than expected. Maybe more training in quoting more accurately would be beneficial. However, the dentist (Dr. Bruegler) and his assistant provided OUTSTANDING care, making up for it. I believe the assistant was Amber.
