I’ve waited to post a review. Dr. Dye performed my VP shunt surgery in ‘23. I went from being wheel-chair bound to walking. I couldn’t believe the two negative reviews about this doctor. Dr. Dye is extremely humble, caring, listens and has a sense of humor. I felt this way in ‘23 and still do. His follow-up care has been exemplary. My surgery was successful and I’m grateful to Dr. Dye and his team for restoring my quality of life.
Between him and his staff, worst ever. Lack of communication, lies about taking care of all your paperwork and disability forms, and then canceled my surgery without notifying me. I had to call and go through a lot of different departments and people. No one knew why. Then finally on the day before at 5:00 pm someone calls and tells me I was taking off the schedule because my A1C was a bit high. Dr. Dye is the best. He did my surgery no one was expecting it will go that smooth. Dr. Dye was the only one who offered less invasive brain surgery. UCLA, KP surgeons did not think that is even possible. Thank you Dr. Dye., you are the best. You gave me new life. 🙏🙏🙏
