Had leak in my bathroom; the guy gave me a quote of $300 - $400 to replace a cartridge in faucet in the tub. Didn’t have the part on his truck, said he had to order. The leak was worse after he left, than before he came; and I still had to pay the $69 service call. The technician acted like he really wasn’t interested in helping. I felt so helpless! It made me feel like I didn’t know who to trust!
Called this company cuz they sponsered a highway and i saw the sign driving on i70. They do horrible work! Threw $475 down the drain!
I’m out of $850 and the problem still hasn’t been fixed......Complete Rip Off!
