Does a great job.
Dr. Dean resolved a hamstring issue I'd been dealing with for 6 months. He took the time to find the source of discomfort and had me do some exercises to train my body in a way to promote healing. I had tried acupuncture and another chiropractor a couple of months prior so I was incredibly surprised to leave his office with nearly my full range of motion back. The daily exercises he sent me home with are quick, easy, and effective. This guy knows his stuff!
OK, I am admittedly biased. Dr. Dean works in my office because after many years of trying to find an excellent clinician with the right skill set to help me with my rehab-based practice, I was fortunate to find him and to have him accept a position with us at Hawthorne Wellness Center. I truly can think of no other doctor in Portland that I would trust more to place my own family members and the hands of!
Dr Dean was awesome. In only a few visits, he helped me solve a pain issue that has been bothering me for a long time. He also suggested some easy home exercises to keep it from coming back. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
As a personal trainer and running coach, I'm very glad I found Dr Dean. He has been a tremendous help to myself and my clients. Everyone I have sent his way has had an amazingly positive experience.
