Justin is THE MAN! Honestly, I found him on reddit and couldn't be more thankful. I'm a first time buyer and Justin held my hand through the whole process to make sure I understood everything. Justin is such an excellent loan officer! I contacted him based off a previous recommendation I saw on a community page for Boulder and I’m so thankful to have found him. He shaved quite a bit of money off our interest rate compared to the other lender we were speaking to and helped us get our insurance quote down to. He is very communicative, explains the steps well, isn’t pushy, and overall great for a first time buyer. 10/10
Justin was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't recommend him enough. We were first time home buyers and he walked us through the process very calmly. He was personable and patient. I found the website he uses to show the offers well laid out and very detailed so you get a good sense for what all of the closing costs will look like, monthlies, etc. 100% will refer in the future.
Justin is 5 stars all of the way. As a first time homebuyer, Justin took the time to explain the process and what to expect through the entire journey. I felt that he was more focused on my needs, concerns, and budget than "winning" my business. No question was too small for him to answer...and there were a lot of questions. His professionalism and patience was exactly what I needed to help me through this milestone. Not to mention the amazing rate he was able to lock in.
