Justin Cook sold my home as the market was shifting. I was very worried as house prices have been dropping and sales have been taking longer. It is becoming a buyers market. He had amazing suggestions that helped the house to sell fast: 1) We changed the backsplash of the kitchen 2) We staged the home 3) We offered a 3/1 buydown for the loan of the buyer. I believe these suggestions allowed me to get an amazing price for my home in an unstable market. Go with Justin and you will not be disappointed!
Justin Cook is awesome! He helped my husband and I find an amazing house, walked along side of us and was always available to answers questions! We had a lot of questions being first time home buyers and he either had the answer or got the answer and always got back to us quickly.
