During the purchase of my first home, my realtor was lazy & not very thorough. So a friend referred me to Justin. He walked me through all the steps of buying a home: finding one, acquiring the lender, etc. When a problem came up with the lender, Justin found me another lender and got me my house....on my terms. He helped my experience in buying a home be easy and less stressful. The office returns your calls and will answer your questions. Justin is very knowledgeable and gives you 200%! Couldn't ask for any better.
I really liked working with Justin. But most of my communication was with someone else, I've forgotten their name. And that person seemed a bit more frazzled and all over the place. For the most part, she very professional, but I remember one really egregious error, where she said she would be sending me back a copy of my application or something like that and it was actually somebody else's, so it had their name, social security number, and other really important information that should not be seen by others. We were referred to Justin by a friend to refinance a home in Big Bear which was built through a construction loan. Justin walked us through the entire process at a great interest rate, dropping our mortgage by about $300 per month. We refinanced again about a year later when interest rates dropped lower.
