I was a customer of Justin Brown's team for a home. Contrary to many other reviews, I had a terrible experience. Furthermore, after the home closed, I've been getting spammed with emails and snail mail from there. I've asked them multiple times to take me off their marketing list, but they have ignored me continuously.

I contacted Justin and his team last year because of other reviews on their customer service. We didn’t live close to their office, and with different work schedules, didn’t know how we would ever get the opportunity to use their service. Justin’s team (wish I could recall all their names because they deserve it) made it work and managed our home loan seamlessly, without ever the pleasure to meet in person.
