We bought my wife’s wedding ring there and was told it could be traded if ever wanted to upgrade. Went there they gave us a trade in price on paper then wouldn’t accept their trade in price! Should be injustice jeweler!
I HIGHLY recommend Justice Jewelers (JJ) for any ring repairs. My wedding/engagement rings needed re-sized, re-shaped & a diamond replaced due to being damaged. Got a recommendation from a family member for JJ. So, I took my ring to JJ, picked-up the repaired ring & am EXTREMELY satisfied. JJ did a MUCH better job than a chain-competitor. Never again the service is awful
We purchased my wedding ring from here just 2 years ago. It has lost 3 diamonds already over those 2 years to no fault of my own, as I care for my jewelry. The owner themselves have told me face to face that I am just out of luck and must pay to repair what is obvious poor craftsmanship. If you want to enjoy your wedding ring for more than a year, please do not shop here.
A ring was purchased for me for a good sum of money from Justice Jewelers. It is now needing to be sized and I have been in there twice and they are telling me that they cannot size it. The first time I had taken it in the saleswoman said nonchalantly "Well, what you'll need to do is get a new ring and trade this one in." This is my WEDDING SET. Had a great experience as always in the store. Went in with my 2 young sons to purchase a Christmas gift for wife and was greeted and helped righf off the bat. Found what I wanted in my price range and wife was very happy to receive such a pretty delecate necklace and wears it everyday. Keep up the great atmosphere and service.
Justice Jewelers is a great place to shop for gifts! They are very customer service driven and will talk to you to see what you really need. Justice Jewelers has a large selection of engagement rings as well as Pandora gifts. Will be returning to this store!
