Charged a $50 cancellation fee even though I gave them a weeks notice and couldn't make it because my company sent me out of town. I'm sure they booked someone else in the slot! I felt like everything about this place was only about the money to begin with. I feel like that now has been confirmed.
I love Dr. Pratt and the staff there. They are so welcoming and helpful and will go out of their to help patients. Dr. Pratt has such a gentle calmness about her that my lifelong anxiety about the dentist just disappears!
