I didn't have much interaction with him overall, but he did his portion of the whole thing well! He and Ortho Indy have the whole thing down to a science. Information is provided up front, during and after surgery. Call/text: always responsive. Staff, nurses, and Dr Justice nothing but kind. AND I couldnt be happier with my new knee!
His assistant that day could use some lessons on being friendly and nice.
