I guess I dodged a bullet by being fired as a customer with Justice Inc. (have you seen all the negative reviews?) First, the tech who came out to inspect my a/c unit was great! Timely and very knowledgeable. However, when he left, he accidentally forgot a piece of equipment in my attic. When he called me to inquire about it, he had the audacity to ask if he could give me gas money to drive all the way to Robstown or meet him somewhere halfway to give it to him so it'd save him a trip back to my home. It was horrible, they did such a lousy job on everything they did. My floors had to be taken up 5 times and relaid because they did not pour concrete right, I ended up having to get tile which i didnt want, Now the tile is falling through cuz they didnt lay it right either. they didnt clean the thin set off floors. My kitchen cabinets when you look close you can see all the paint runs, they painted some of them 7 times and they still look like crap, I have a backdoor that does not close properly, some places in the sheet roc... read more

Would give them no stars if I could , they did a home renovation on my cousins house, she went through a living nightmare. first they messed up the concrete they poured for the new addition, instead of fixing it they still tried to put the floors over it, after 4 times of laying the floor and ripping it up they tell her she is going to have to put tile, something she didnt want. Order canceled without notifying me! They were supposedly too busy, so my order was just canceled without notifying me. Very unprofessional and Justice A/C attendant did not even try to find out why order was canceled. She blamed it on my service contract company. I only found out after my service company called them and confirmed they Justice A/C canceled the order. "I don't know" is not a good enough answer. Do something and find out why next time!

Liars who do bad work and steal money and never want to own up to their employees mistakes. Always have an excuse for everything. Never in the wrong.

Lazy tech did a repaire that didn't fix the problem charged me anyway and I told them I didn't authorize payment til work was completed they ran my card anyway cause they said he did fix the wire yet it didn't fix the problem. Never spoke to a manager. Then went under the house myself to check the wire that was replaced and he didn't replace the full wire like he claimed it was just replaced and spliced with the old one.
