I've been coming to this small watch kiosk for 15 years for watch repairs. They are very knowledgeable, quick and reasonably priced. I've never purchased any bamboo plants, only had watch related help with bands and batteries.
Purchased a large bamboo plant as a good luck gift for the New Year. The plant was not packaged well to take home. The plant stand was placed loosely in the bag with a glass planter. The stand must have hit the side of the glass in transit. A hairline crack formed letting the water drain out. I called the store and was told it was my fault. They do not take bamboo plants back which forced me to pay for a new vase.
