I recently had an appointment for a global hair color. During the consultation, I showed an inspiration photo and acknowledged it would require highlights, but since I had booked a global color, I asked for a full-color version in a similar tone and was told that would be fine. However, without clearly consulting me, the stylist proceeded with what appeared to be a toner/gloss. Grew my hair out for 4 months and went here knowing it was $$$$ but expecting a modern and different cut…. Told Ben I was his muse and to be creative…. And was given the same boring corporate cut I’ve always received…. Don’t waste your money on a $160 cut you can get from any barber for $50
I always go to Ben for my haircuts and he absolutely nails it every single time. It’s no coincidence he’s considered one of the top hair stylists in North America — his skill, attention to detail, and consistency are next level. The salon itself is super welcoming, and the whole team is friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend!
