Gretchen is a miracle worker! She sees our whole family and is excellent at her job!
I began Dr. Gretchen Dyers metabolic reset in June 2020 after seeing some family members have success with the program. This program has amazing fresh food that my whole family enjoyed. I would recommend Just Wellness to anyone. I was in such neck/shoulder pain when I went into the office that I did not know if I would ever be the same. From the appointments with Gretchen in the office and the rehab exercises to do at home, I was back out on the golf course within a couple of weeks and have been jogging with my daughter. I would not have believed you if you would have told me I would have such a quick turnaround. Give them a call!
When I first went to Dr. Gretchen, I could not lift my arms from my sides above parallel to the ground. After two shorts months, I am now able to touch my hands together over my head once again. I have not had this range of motion for the last three years. Dr. Gretchen and Debbie are both a pleasure to work with.
