Saw the banner out front saying they do brakes. My brakes were grinding. I got lucky, there was not much of a wait. In and out in one hour with new brakes and no more grinding. Thank you Alexis and Ponce!
Appointment scheduled to install nearly $2k worth of tires, bought and paid for from Goodyear directly. Called to see if it was possible to get installed sooner. Said they would check if in stock and call me. No call so kept my appointment for 4 days later. Show up and was met with rudeness from the opening introduction. Was met with “why are your tires here” really?!? I showed my appointment confirmation and paid invoice including alignment. Was told “alignment machines broken” not sure when it will fixed. *Edited review to add Caution* Super impressed! Talk to Oscar!! He is super friendly, helpful, happy, and bonus - easy to understand! I called 3 places before calling this one and wish I had called them first. No question we will be back. You will be pleased with the customer service you get (rare these days). And, most of their prices are better than others! *Edited to add* DO NOT get any other work done here!! And be careful what they say. I brought it in for tires and told them I thought maybe the power steering was going... read more
