WORKERS ARE TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE. i’ve tried this place multiple times and they have messed up my eyebrows everytime. Don’t waste your time.

One of the worst eyebrow threading place. The manager kept talking on the phone while doing my eyebrow and kept spitting in my face. When I confronted her, she didn’t even say sorry for spitting in my face. She didn’t give me wips to clean my eyes either. Instead of apologizing, she kept taking on the phone. She is one of the worst worker I have ever encounter on that kiosk. Her name is shabnam. Stay away from her.

Honestly, I have only gone to this place more than once because it's in Norman. The lady that usually is there is on the phone the whole time, and even if you specifically state you want your brows shaped and not too thin, they will be thin by the time it's all said and done. I end up having to drive all the way to Penn Square Mall to get them done correctly after the month it takes them to grow back after visiting this place. Avoid it.

Terrible doesn't even deserve one star. Terrible service. Don't know what they're doing. Gave me two different eyebrows. And couldn't fix when I tried to patiently explain.

The girl who did my eyebrows and lip didn't exactly go gentle. She actually bruised the skin on both of my eyes and part of my lip. She was nice, and I tipped well, but only out of courtesy. I will not be going back. I would rather wax my eyebrows than be tortured again. I've had good experiences with threading, but it takes a professional, and this girl was not trained well.
