Hiring of Steve Poirier Was horrified to find in my mail today a flier with a picture of Steve Poierier plastered on the front. Did you not check this guy out!!! He used to have his own store selling pool supplies, you need to do some checking as to how that came to an end and who was left holding the bags.

Great Service by Ed Gonzales Ed came out with a new recruit (very personable and professional) to get our drip system up and running for Spring. Ed was really nice and answered all my questions. He checked to make sure the system was running correctly around the perimeter of the house and replaced any parts that were missing. I've utilized JS for three years and have always been pleased with their work.

Emergency call and followup repair We had a pretty bad yard flooding situation going on and could not get the control head to respond. Just Sprinklers responded quickly. Ed Gonzales did a great job getting to our emergency call and then following up quickly to get the problems identified and repairs done. He was courteous and professional....very effective,,,,I give him a 5 star rating.

Prompt, Professional and a Pleasure I called Just Sprinklers to adjust the system and fix a "shooting" sprinkler head. Ed Gonzalez was pleasant, prompt and professional. He carefully explained how long I should water my yard, set the timers, and was friendly to my dog. He is a great representative for the company.

Great job by Ed Gonzalez Problem with the sprinkler timer. Ed replaced it quickly. Everything working smoothly now. Checked to make sure all was in good shape before he left the site.
