I definitely concur with Shun's statements below. Eleanor made our dog sledding experience incredible. As we were planning the trip, she was very responsive (and much friendlier than some of the other companies I got in contact with). When we arrived, Eleanor kept us warm with her closet of extra clothes and hot chocolate. She clearly cares about her dogs and the guests she welcomes to her home.
