Service was slow (it took a week to embroider two small words) and they did not execute as I requested. I showed them exactly where I wanted the words embroidered and they did it in the wrong place. When I explained to them that I was not satisfied and that it was not where I requested they’re response was, “oh well, I misunderstood, but it looks nice”. Very unacceptable service. On top of that, they are very expensive. I will not be a returning customer.
