I had a very concerning experience at the Just Salad location in Newport Centre Mall. I bought a salad (approx $20) and found large debris and visible dirt mixed into the greens. This is not a minor issue—it’s a basic food safety failure. When I brought it to the attention of the supervisor, Norhan, the response was shockingly dismissive. Consistent and tasty. Plenty of well-rounded options and a fair price for the combo. Always tastes great and they even let you adjust the amount of dressing. The smoothies are also fresh and fill you up quite a bit; at least the one I got. Staff looks like an assembly line during lunch rush — recommend ordering online which lets you set a pickup time as well. Usually space to sit but it’s a hit or miss. It does seem like it gets hectic but the staff made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner.
