From the initial roof evaluation to the communication I can’t say enough good things. Noah didn’t pressure me for any extra add-ons and explained each step in the process. I'd received quotes from a couple other companies before being referred to Noah at JR&G (JRs). One company was cheaper but provided no reporting and became hard to communicate with. The other provided a comprehensive report but included more "issues" having nothing to do with my roof than I'd asked to be evaluated, which inflated the price and put me at disclosure risk as a seller. Just Roofs and Gutters did an exceptional job in replacing our home and garage roof via an insurance claim due to wind and hail damage. Jude was our project manager and was extremely easy to work with. He kept us informed along the insurance journey. The crew was polite, efficient and professional and were very happy with the outcome. Brian Friend, the owner, even made a trip out to look at the job after it was complete. We would highly recommend them for anyone in the areas of Colorado that JRG services.
You won't see just Roofs and Gutters knocking at your door asking to go on your roof. If you want them to check it and give a report you need to contact them. I enjoyed the professionalism and knowledge of their team. Also being a small local business you will deal with the same person. I thought they were great you may too.
