I hired Greg for a warranty inspection on my new construction home and he was worth every penny. He spent over 3.5 hours going through everything, well beyond the minimum the state requires. Thermal imaging on the electrical panel, every AC register, and the appliances, a sewer scope included, and he explains what he’s looking at while he works so you actually learn about your home. Greg did a 4-point inspection for my house. I needed it done ASAP, and he was able to fit me into his schedule. The inspection went smoothly, and received the report next morning. Communication was great the whole time by both text and email. I would definitely recommend Greg if you need a home inspection.
You know you have one of the best inspectors when you share your report with your realtor and friends and they all say the same thing. “Wow, my report was no where near this level of detail.” Or “All I got was a piece of paper with a couple things written on it.” If you’re looking for the best of the best for home inspections. This is who you want. Greg was fantastic through it all and we now feel much better about the home we’re buying.
Greg did 4 Point Inspection, Wind Mitigation Inspection for our home. He had to come back to our property because insurance company made a few requests. He worked with us on that and what is such a surprise today....Greg answers his phone! You can talk to him and quickly get the information you need. WOW. That IS customer service. Even when he is on a job. He answers his phone. Reports are back to you same day.
Greg did a timely and very thorough job inspecting the home I was buying. It had some issues, and he worked with me to ensure I got the right things corrected, and very promptly sent me updated reports. Highly recommend
