Greg did a 4-point inspection for my house. I needed it done ASAP, and he was able to fit me into his schedule. The inspection went smoothly, and received the report next morning. Communication was great the whole time by both text and email. I would definitely recommend Greg if you need a home inspection.

You know you have one of the best inspectors when you share your report with your realtor and friends and they all say the same thing. “Wow, my report was no where near this level of detail.” Or “All I got was a piece of paper with a couple things written on it.” If you’re looking for the best of the best for home inspections. This is who you want. Greg was fantastic through it all and we now feel much better about the home we’re buying.

Greg did a timely and very thorough job inspecting the home I was buying. It had some issues, and he worked with me to ensure I got the right things corrected, and very promptly sent me updated reports. Highly recommend

As a retired contractor, I felt that their inspection was a little bit higher than some of the others were still Well worth it. It was very professional and informative, as a did inspect all aspects of my manufactured home. I needed an inspection and was out of state and unable to be there for the help of purchasing a home for my daughter. Thanks again for a great job.

Greg was contacted to do a wind mitigation inspection. He was prompt, thorough and professional. He explained the scope of the inspection and what was and wasn't included. I would recommend his services and I will use him in the future if I need inspection services.
