The worst company I have ever dealt with. They made promises that they didn't keep. They didn't answer the phone or emails. They did not send the information they had to my insurance company and my agent also tried to get information from them. I received a bill for $2700 for work they said they did one month after they came to the house. After the mitigation, its been three years and the job still isn't finished. Not wonderful. Not even okay. Matthew was so awesome! Dealing with dementia clients who have stress is so difficult. Matthew did so well and never missed a beat. Cleaned up ALL of water, mold, yuck but kept area clean and tidy during process of job so client was reassured he was trustworthy.
