They are crooks. They lie about everything they say. They say they will work with you on payments, but then they repo your car if you are 1 day late. Stay away! Dishonest and manipulative salespeople, obscene markups, and completely crap cars. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, LOOK ELSEWHERE. There are plenty more helpful and quality places.
I'll keep it short and sweet DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I don't see how they are still in business!!! There cars are pieces of crap!!! And wayyyyy over priced!!!! I hope the owner loses his dealership licenses so he can't take advantage of people with bad credit anymore!!! This place is scum!!!!
yes they do try to give you a run around. the way to deal with these people is to be nice calm and honest with them. when you start getting upset is when they decide to shut down and will repo your car on a moments notice. if you actually work with them and stay completely calm and fully explain your side of the story they will work with you. i do not fully agree with many of their practices at all because it should not come to a point to have to find out what will not get your car repoed. but at the same time they will work... read more
Want to join the number? We have spend so much money and time trying to fix the car. They talked very nice to you until you sign the paper.
Do not do business with them. My car has been nothing but problems. It looks good and clean on outside and test drive smoothly. But different problems will occure as you drive daily. They will give you run round and not help you in any way since you already purchased the car. Its all about selling you a car and nothing matters to them. How can they sleep at night I wonder. It was an expensive experience.
DONT buy from here if youre looking for a mechanically sound car. Sure the cars look good on the outside but they are far from mechanically sound. The test drive may go smoothly, but once you start driving the car daily problems start surfacing. They suck at customer service and give you the run around when you take them your car for service. What should be a 2 day job turns into a week or longer.
