If you're planning to rent a home and this company appears at the top of the lease, RUN. They are the least responsive and most unprofessional landlords I've ever seen. They were routinely unavailable for emergencies (like no heat, no a/c, and flooding), and when they did finally manage to respond, they refused to come out and address issues.
