DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND NOT DELIVER THE SERVICE/FOOD.
Seriously need to work on customer service skills. Ending a phone call in a rude tone by saying "yup" and just hanging up... Really not acceptable. Pizza was okay. I wouldn't order here again just because of the customer service.
I have been a loyal customer for years. Tonight I ordered via the website. Got an error message stating I would not be charged, checked my bank account to see what the trouble was and saw that I was indeed charged. I call the Elmwood site to explain what happened and see if my order went through and was given a corporate number. 4:00 pm no one answers. It's unfortunate that I have to give your delaware location such a horrible rating but I was in there last week sent my wife in to get slices and she came out looking horrified. She stated that the owner made her feel very uncomfortable by making remarks on her appearance and inquiring about her marital status but did not tell me details until we arrived back at home so someone might want to advise the owner of the Delaware location that it is completely and utterly unprofessional and considered sexual harassment and he migh... read more
I ordered online tonight and the system gave me a message that there was an error and I wouldn’t be charged. Seconds later I got a notification from my credit card that I was charged the amount of my order. When I called the restaurant the person I talked to said there was nothing he could do to help me and I would have to call the office in the morning. So now I’m at work with no food, and down almost $27. I work at a local Hotel and will certainly not be recommending this restaurant to our customers from now on.
