I'm sorry to leave this review, but this place needs to upgrade their store or just stop offering services to customers altogether. I got my nails done here just over the weekend, and this is the result. The shellac should have stayed on my nails, but it was very thick and applied unprofessionally. This is the second time I visited the store. The first time, I got nail extensions, but instead of proper extensions, they gave me something like duck nails. I have been getting my pedicures done for a while now, and tried out this new place today. Which was one of the worst choices I’ve had. Theoretically, you’re suppose to prep the nails and clean them throughly before continuing with the overall process. As I wasn’t expected with these procedures, my nailest finished the job as if he were being forced too. Rushed foot massages and not precisely done aspects. Worst experience I have ever had. If you’re charging more than other nail studios, your service should reflect that. Unfortunately, the hygiene standards were extremely disappointing. They used dirty towels and after wiping customers’ legs, they dipped the same towel back into the pedicure bowl by squeezing it into the water. This is highly unhygienic and unacceptable. I hope the salon improves its cleanliness and sanitation practices. I want others who are looking for quality service to be aware of this before booking
Just had a pedicure and it was the best experience! The technician was highly experienced, professional, and did an amazing job. She paid great attention to detail, and my feet look and feel fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
French tip turned out great, but the extra gloss/shine add-on wasn't worth the money. The shine lasted only about two days, so I'd recommend saving your money and skipping that extra service
