Worst ever experience. I was their regular client & they have been disappointing me for last couple of visits. They never focus on what you are actually there for and start offering you other xyz services & I refused rudely this time as I was forcefully asked 10 times. The lady waxing my eyebrows did those so bad that I still recover my skin which was peeled off 3 days back. I am not coming to this place anymore.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! First, the lady told me that she could do the design and colors I asked for. Then proceeds to tell me when I sat down that should could do SIMILAR design and colors. My removal of previous nails was so painful but I let it slide. Then she asked me to choose the similar colors unfortunately there were no colors close to my design. She was rude the entire time. I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. I went in only for bio gel removal and shellac polish. The lady removed my bio gel, quickly cut my cuticles for literally a few seconds, and then applied shellac very poorly. The final result looked transparent and uneven, and my nails honestly looked bad. The biggest issue was the pricing. When I went to pay, she charged me $55. I asked for a breakdown, and she said $20 was for the bio gel removal and the remaining amount was for a “manicure with shellac.” The prob... read more
Worst experience of my life! So rushed! So messy! And they automatically assume you want the most expensive service they offer! The service itself is called Deluxe pedicure however it was sooo rushed and so all over the place. She didn’t even cut my cuticles for the so called deluxe service. Then she put powder on one of my toe nails without warning me that it will be additional $10 for ONE TOE NAIL! And don’t even get me started on the actual service of nail colour.
