Hands down one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. The tech didn’t even know how to do a basic French tip, then had the audacity to roll her eyes at me like I was the problem. Her gestures were rude, her attitude was worse, and the way she handled my nails was rough and forceful. If you care about good service and basic respect, save yourself the time and money — this place is not it. Wasted 3 hours here. Nail tech- Muna lady without specs.
I got a bio gel refill. I specifically said to be careful of flooding the cuticles. The male tech I got flooded the cuticles. The finish is awful and he polished over something black on one of my nails. He also sanded my skin on several occasions. At the end when I was trying to check if my nails were ok he was trying to hurry me by literally saying “hurry” and so I didn’t get a good look to be able to point out and get it fixed until I got into my car. I visited here on Friday evening for nail extensions after two hours I felt cracks on my nails but I ignored and my one nail broke yesterday and one today . Person who did my nails was so careless with her work . Not recommended
