Wish I could give zero stars. I went in for a pedicure, but the service was rushed and incomplete. Tran did cut nails and cuticle and washed my feet and immediately started applying base coat without scrubbing. When I asked about it, she kept staring at me like she couldn’t understand what I was saying and when I repeated myself she said it was “extra,” and they don’t scrub up to calves or even ankles which didn’t make sense based on my past experiences. This is my second time I’ve had a problem with the lady that has dealt with me. I’m not sure what her name is, but I came in on Thursday, January 8. I went there to take off my gel nails because it was time for my nails to come off so I told the lady I would like to remove my nails and have my nails cleaned up. She asked me if I wanted a colour I said no I want them taken off and cleaned up. I had to tell her this like 2 to 3 times. I’ve bin going here for quite sometime and never had a problem until today I got exactly what I wanted but when it came to choosing a color, That was totally different. When I got there and sat down, I told the lady I was doing my nails for Christmas the lady didn’t ask me if I wanted to choose a colour she proceeded to do my nails, and when it came time to doing a colour because she knew I was doing them for Christmas. I highly don’t recommend this place. These are the ugliest nails I have gotten so far. Showed them an inspo and what they did was not even close to the inspo I showed. Also, they overcharged me. I literally paid $137 for that kind of work. My nails were not even that long as well and plus they did not clean them first. I would have been okay paying more if they actually did exactly what I showed them. So if you’re thinking of getting your nails done at this place you should think first. The staffs were so nice tho.
