Most disgusting service ever I wanted something else then she said it will not look good and later I told her to do simple French tips and she did them so bad and I asked for coffin shape told her twice still she did square nails… and I wanted acrylic nails and she did bio gel… Just one coat of nail paint and she said its done And worst part is she charged me 80$ for that shit. She wasn’t listening what I was saying she was just talking non stop. I don’t understand why she was not listening.
Terrible. Asked for milky white gel nails with a French tip. Ended up with silver cat eye nails with a gel overlay. Tips were all painted unevenly. Nothing done with cuticles, and drill bit used, made some of my cuticles jagged. Service was rushed and demanded I pay cash. My sister asked for shellac and was given gel that bubbled and split within one day. Rushed service and executed terribly. Overpriced. Do not recommend.
Went in for shellac, came out with a crap biogel which was allegedly “normal” for their shellac application. The shellac on top bubbled and then lifted less than 4 hours after the appointment (no surprise). Ended up getting charged almost $100 for crap job that my nail tech back in my home province will have to fix. My nail shapes were worse when I left then when I arrived and cuticles were left unfinished. Wish I had read the reviews - save yourself the money and hassle, go anywhere else.
I guess I should have checked the reviews before going here. I went with my daughter and myself. The woman taking care of my daughter was terrible. The nail polish fell off before we got home, she didn't do a good job at all. She was rude and more focused on the other customers. She kept lecturing us that we would have to wait for the nail polish to dry. Which was a waste because of fell off within minutes of leaving anyways. Very poor service she hold the hand so hard nd was so rude charge a lot nd nail paint + shape of nail are not even . worst service i ever had
