Wonderful service, really enjoyed their service and they are friendly
I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm high maintenance when it comes to my nails. I deal with human interaction and communication daily at work. When I moved back to the springs in 2014 I went to 6!!! Yes 6 different nail salons and was not happy. I found this gem because well, I grew up in the field and I love giving back to local family owned. The worst nail experience I've ever had. Normally, I am seen my an older woman who's great, but today I was serviced by an old man, who managed to hurt me 5 times within matter of minutes, he was so rough with the drill, drew blood,all meanwhile fumbling with his phone/taking personal calls. He also cut my nails short when I specified that I wanted to keep them long, didn't ask me what shape I wanted, and did the most crooked shape possible. Great place. Clean. Relaxing.Friendly. Offered suggestion to save me a bit of time and money. Stayed late for me and my girlfriend. Recommend. Under new ownership ....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Relaxing environment. Friendly service. Awesome results! No complaints here. This is my go to place from now on. It's under new ownership so definitely recommend trying it out despite the old owners accumulated reviews. U won't be disappointed ;)
Went in to get my nails taken off and a gel polish, asked for that when I walked in. Needless to say the old lady there starts doing a manicure on me and a bad one at that, I told her I didn't like my cuticles being cut she said I needed it. When she was finished she said $35!! For a nail take off and gel polish... just be careful they will do a service on you to upcharge you. Was a regular but won't go back. And the lady argued with me when I told her what I asked for.
