Fantastic Gym! Nice to go to a facility where the trainers (especially Aaron Babb) really understand fitness / health, but also injury prevention and correction through customized therapeutic exercise programs. Great job to Aaron and his team!!
I’ve been going to Just Move for years, and I’ve always had great workouts. The staff at the front desk is always welcoming, and it’s great to see new equipment being added over time.
I mean it’s a pretty good gym but idk why the janitor wants to clean the sauna at the most busiest times like it has messed up my last 2-3 days of working out because the saunas being cleaned at the busiest time of day like 4-6 pm should be a no clean time for the sauna it’s the busiest time makes no sense.
Been here for 3years now I love it .. sauna needs to been alittle bit hotter but I just stay in longer lol I love just move
It’s is a very good gym it is way better than planet fitness.
