This Tungsten ring was of remarkable quality. The fit and sizing was spot on. I’ve seen similar Tungsten rings at local jewelry stores, however, this ring truly stands above in overall quality and craftsmanship! It arrived fast, customer service was kind and helpful. I will be returning.
STELLAR COMPANY! I had nearly given up trying to find the perfect ring and JMR came to the rescue. They give us an option of designing our own, high quality ring. There was even a size issue and they exchanged it for me, no problem. Knock your socks off customer service (Taylor)! GREAT, UNIQUE PRODUCTS AT NO RISK. I want the whole world to know.
Absolutely horrendous customer service and product. I have been emailing back and forth with Taylor for about a month. She was kind through the entire process right up until she started suggesting edits. My goals and intentions were clearly stated and she ensured that the ring would be correct.
