Her positive attitude and skillful care made a real difference, and I highly recommend Just Like Family Home Care to anyone in need of home care services.
My husband and I are very pleased with Just Like Family Home Care and the wonderful representative they sent us. Regla is the most compassionate, capable, person I have ever dealt with. She is so helpful and helps us with things we did not even realize we needed help with. We will be with JLF for as long as we are in our house.
One of the worst experiences of my life. Was dropped on two separate occasions by their care aid LESS THAN 12 HOURS POST SURGERY!!! When I spoke to the owner via text message, she ended up guilt tripping me and making me feel bad because I did not want this care aid in my house. I will gladly provide all text messages as proof!!! The other one never showed up on time, caught in many lies, would guilt trip you because she had to vacuum and or take out garbage daily because you owned a dog.
